		<description><![CDATA[For some reason, the Python Imaging Library doesn&#8217;t seem to easy_install from pypi.  Fortunately, Martin Geber found the solution.
I get this when I try to easy_install PIL:
$ easy_install PIL

		<description><![CDATA[I&#8217;ve created a new type in the collective for citations.  There are several formats in there, you can add your own if you need more.  I&#8217;m calling this a beta because it&#8217;s new, but it is acutally re-worked code from myPublicHealth, so it should work just fine.
